I can't help with your other questions as I've never used Oasis (although
you seem to be doing fairly well so far :), but in ShrinkIt if you press
return in a file list it will just extract the file the selection bar is on.
You can press the space bar to select/deselect files from the list, or press
open apple-A to select all files. These and other commands are listed in the
about screen.
