There isn't enough room for a splash screen, so I couldn't include it.

Things to note...

1. Something's up with the exit screen on HOW TO MOVE.  AFAICT, though,
   it's just cosmetic.

2. ROCKY'S BOOTS and ROCKY'S CHALLENGE do overwrite the ProDOS global
   page.  As the $02 page is never used by the software, I move the page
   there temporarily until exit.  Hopefully some interrupt-driven device
   isn't periodically stepping on that memory in the meantime...

3. The game uses the old engine, but the menu screen is from the new
   version.  Oh well.

4. Quitting from Rocky's Boots has the expected result.
