How is that possible? If it's not seated in the slot *something's not gonna
work* Maybe the CDA control panel or the whoosh start up screen? If it
serves no purpose other than to support the card, why have tinned leads
coming from it? I thought it powered the card, it doesn't?

News to me.(And to the Transwarp manual).

I believe you Wayne, just seems hard to imagine.
