No, but Donald is very much familiar with the concept of "sailor-proof",
i.e. there ain't no such thing that, given enough time, a sailor won't find
a way to screw it up.
Still, after spending almost 14 of my 20+ years of Naval service in
submarines (#Surfaces=#Dives), I remain the proverbial optimist. Break
those old IIGSs out of the attic, make the software simple enough, and most
illiterates will be able to vote correctly (NOTE: I did NOT say
intelligently).
