Add to this list the "WildCard"
. I got one of these among a stack of junk cards from Goodwill a few months 
back.. in box!  Also has a cable with a button and is about the length of a 
Disk ][ card.  I hooked it to the IIe then loaded (apropriately enough) Copy 
II+ and hit the button.  A menu comes up that allows you to dump memory to 
floppy. I slipped in a freshly formated floppy  and pressed enter and.  There 
it is!.. booted from the new one and Copy II+ came up.  I could see how a 
beastie like this would be somewhat considered naughty back in the day.
