Now *that* is a big file!!  9.59 MB!!  But, worth every byte.  Thank
goodness for cable modems!!

Thanks a ton for the reference Charles!  I just made a deal to buy
the book, but this is definitely worth having.  Now, I just wish I
had found out before I bought the books!
