You have saved me a number of hours. I have a Color Link card, and have
used it with a standard IIgs RGB monitor, and a CGA monitor. I also
briefly tried (unsuccessfully, of course) to hook it up to the SCART input
of my Samsung monitor using Roger's SCART cable.
From the pinout documents for the IIgs' DB-15 video connector, the Color
Link's DB-15 video connector, and from Roger's web site, I understood I was
missing a +12v connection somewhere (provided by a IIgs, but not by the
Color Link). Just didn't have the time to wire things up and experiment
(this was a couple of weeks ago).
Being a noob at reading schematics, where exactly in the motherboard did
you hook the clip to get +12v?
