Just to make sure I'm doing this right...

What are the correct settings for RamFAST card?

1) Jumper on the card ?
2) External Terminator needed ?
3) External termination Active or Passive ?
4) SCSI ID for the boot device ?

Also, is there a disk that goes with the RamFAST card? If so, would
someone please send it to me or tell me where I can download it?
