Are they for the 68k processor or PowerPC processor?

The distribution on Apples site is stock System 7.1 and a
mention of a System 7.1 Pro which is not downloadable.

Could be. The Classic II wasn't sold in retail stores. The Performa
200 was the duplicate of the Classic II in the retail stores and maybe
it may have come with it.

It is much larger and it has some added goodies.

Hey. The first install of system 7.0 I saw was 7.0 beta. I was given the
beta CD-ROM from a friend. However, my first install of System 7 was
7.0.1 on a Mac Plus. It couldn't read ProDOS or MSDOS. I didn't use
anything better until I got this Classic II a couple months ago.
