Read that over. Since you have a Mac, the easiest solution would be to find
a utility disk image like the system disk images you already used. I think
people talked about creating such a disk image, with Shrinkit, a comm
program, and other useful stuff, but I don't know if it ever got done.
You can follow the instructions and get it working on your IIc+ (I did
exactly that several years ago, when I was in your shoes) but it ain't easy.
Shrinkit is very handy. It does a lot more than just extract files. You
can use it to display disk contents, read text files, move, copy and erase
files. It's very easy to use for newbies or people like me who are too lazy
to learn the command line syntax.
