Hm? With the possible expection of SB Live!, my keyboard and mouse and
disk drive (newer than three years, but the designs are not changed, I
guess), there's no components that are even nearly three years old on
my Linux box.
(Other hardware includes TB 1200, A7M266, Geforce 2mx, two IBM
Deskstar HDs, HP 9120 CD burner and two NICs - all which is rather recent)
Didn't have a single problem with this configuration.
Then again, I'm not using USB stuff but rather more 'traditional'
hardware.
