     It seems like wrapping the motherboard, KB card, and each slot card in 2-3
seperate layers of aluminum foil should work. You do not have the high
conductivity of gold or the very close covering; but, you have more and heavier
conductive layers very close to the components you want to protect.

     Don't know about the power supply. It is already in a fairly tight metal
case; but, there are leads coming from it which are not shielded. Guess it
would be a good idea to wrap the leads in foil and then wrap the whole thing in
a couple foil layers.

     Grounding the wrapped items may not be an especially good idea. Not sure.
My concern would be that anything above ground which is grounded might be more
prone to act like an antenna.
