That depends on how you define "bridge." I have a Quadra 610 with MacOS
7.5.5 and LocalTalk Bridge (whatever version Apple has up for download)
sitting between my GS and my Linux server (which runs netatalk). It wants
to access the netatalk shares, but only as a guest user. The diagnostic
software on the Linux end shows that the IIGS is on the network, and it
responds to pings, but any attempt to log in and access user shares doesn't
work. The Mac, OTOH, is able to access the shares exported by netatalk with
no problems.
