You'd be paying for the convenience of easily getting what is advertised. If
you put enough time into it, you can find them for free or under $5. You're
not buying a computer, really, you're buying a piece of history and a
collector's item.
To me, the hunt is part of the fun, I only pay real money for things I
really want but have been unable to find myself.
The ROM3 is certainly desireable, it comes with more memory standard and
has the latest improvements. If you get a IIgs, hope you have as much fun
with it as I've had with mine...
