Amiga <-> Apple II disk possible?

Hey everyone!

I just picked up an Apple //e (it's enhanced) and wanted to play around
with it. Unfortunately, I don't have any programs for it, and therefore
no way to transfer files via null modem. I understand it's not possible
to use a PC floppy drive to transfer files to an Apple II format disk,
but what about the Amiga? The Amiga and Apple II are both GCR format
floppies, and I can rig up a 5.25" drive to the Amiga external disk
drive port so that I can write images to disk (provided the software
exists). Anyone know if this is possible?

Barring that, would anyone be willing to mail me a couple of disks with
some utilities (terminal program, archivers, ProDOS, etc.)?

Here's what I've got:

Apple //e with:

Super Serial Card
5.25" Controller
3.5" Controller (old one, and I've got a new drive, so that doesn't
work)
Workstation card
Ramworks III card with 1MB RAM
Grappler parallel port interface
clock/calendar card
Z80 card

Thanks!

*Geoff!*
