Arghhhh with PC--->Apple over Null Modem Cable

Hi;

I'm trying to do a null modem xfer using Z-term and Hyperterminal.

I need to move a 400 meg file from my PC to the Apple. Because of the size I
need to put it on a 2 gig HFS drive.
I was trying Z-Term but it would not see the HFS drive, probably because
it's a ProDos based program??

I need a program that will do this transfer, as such it must;

Work with multiple hard drives
Work with HFS and ProDos volumes
Work with no other comm gear in an Apple //GS other than a Null Modem cable.

Can anyone tell me of a simple to use program that fits these requirements
and is free?
