Poke around on Rubywand's site. I believe he has those on-site, but if not
it is spelled out in the faq. I think you can also order utilities disks for
a nominal fee that covers the costs. That may be the best solution for you,
it isn't easy getting files from another computer to an Apple II until you
have the utilities.
