According to specs supplied in an old Toshiba manual, the
TC511000P-10 (1m x 1, 100ns speed, 18-pin, CAS before RAS) should work
on a board which works okay with the chips you mention as already
installed.
Possibly, any of the three types would be okay-- the HY51C1000LS-10
seems to be the Hyundai 511000; so, it's probably okay; I do not have
any info on the GM71C1000-80.
