cas/ras chips

Hello

 What type of dram chips are suited for AE gsramplus. I'm about to acquire
some of the following set of dram chips:

   TC511000P-10
   Goldstar chips  GM71C1000-80
  HY51C1000LS-10

  Can some one give me an advise on what set to buy and speed.
  My expansion board as already 1 set of motorola MCM51000AP-10 and another
KM41C1000AP-8 (korea is marked so maybe it's goldstar).
