Thanks to all for the tips.  We did find CITOH 8510 drivers at:
http://www.citoh.com/dnload_3x.shtm  for 3.1 and
http://www.citoh.com/dnload_95.shtm  for 95.
As soon as we get the cables figured out, will give it a go.
