Macintosh LC...need info on this =) TIA

I bought a Macintosh LC in a thrift shop, I don't know too much about 
this model. I opened it up and it has a Quantum SCSI 80mb Hard Drive.

I only got the cpu/box I have a keyboard and mouse and I was able
to use a PC monitor (IBM brand of all irony) with a VGA to Mac
adapter. It works fine.

I guess I just want to know if there's sites that have info on this
model or where I can get parts for it...like an external cd drive
larger hard drive, ram etc...

Also I'm sorry if I'm not so Apple literate yet..I also have an old
Classic Macintosh is there a site that shows which one is more recent
or of anyone knows the progression of these releases.

This thing didn't have any labels on it like other models I've seen.
I can't complain for $10.50 it seems pretty decent.
