It's been a while since I read about this but I recall they made the
system
on their mainframes with a proprietary compiler system. I don't know any
of
the specifics of the company or it's current status. I'm not even sure
if
those Commodore folks have proper permission for the things they have.
It
was more of a mention than anything.
However, like you, I am curious about the Apple version. Considering the
limited support that was ever offered for it I am under the impression
that
the original developers had bitten off more than they could chew. It's
too
bad that they never released the BASIC that was mentioned. Even some
info
on the inner workings would have been nice. As it is now, we have a
great
application suite with no possible future.
