Just to clarify, the uploads which I pointed out as being suspect have not been
out of production for 3 years. At the time they were first uploaded to Asimov,
the programmers were still receiving royalties from them. It was not until more
than a year later that the programmers received notice that this would be their
last royalty letter. 

I don't know what can be done about this particular situation, but  would
welcome any discussion on that subject. I plan to do some more uploads which
will help with a few bad situations, but I can't release the entire program.

I have no opinion on the issue of 10-year old games, and don't know enough
about it to even have an opinion.
