I'd recommend adding his home sites to your firewall. As a start, add in:
hawai.rr.com
cotse.com
delphi.com

It's easier than wasting logspace recording his traceroutes and such.

Doubtless others will surface with time. Although I was suprised coste.com
was dumb enough to give him a shell... but there's no accounting for the
stupidity of sysadmins on the net.
