To do what QC and/or his friends have done is not a violation of anyone's right.
And certainly not a violation of the thief's "right to steal". To tell an ISP
that a cite has copyrighted software for download without the copyright owner's
permission is perfectly legal. What happens after that is between those who are
"downstream" and those who are "upsteam."
