I made my own.  Unfortunately, I took the Amiga cable I had apart and
put a DA-15 connector on the end that used to hook into the Amiga.
This was fine when I did it because I didn't have an Amiga then.  Now
I have an Amiga 500 sitting here and I have to build a new cable to
hook it up to my 1084S.  :-)

I know I've posted the pin out here in this newsgroup before but I
can't find my original post right now and I'm not sure if I saved it
in my archived messages or not.  If you would like the pin out, just
let me know and I'll take a multimeter to my cable again.
