Rats! You're right-- the ".po" is an error; it should be ".do".

True. The reason for going with DOS 3.3 INITed disks is that volume
number can be an issue more often than expected. For instance, some
deprotections intended for disk image use may set the volume number checked
by a program to the DOS 3.3 default (254). In such cases, a ProDOS-formatted
diskette would have volume number set to 1 and would not function correctly.
