You know I am doing something akin to that right now but my connection doesnt have lynx. When my old unix shell died some years ago, I found that lynx was being rejected by many sites. Others were gibberish when I went to use them. Are you finding lynx works everywhere well enough to be successful? Can you buy things from secure sites with lynx? Im am just wondering. Bruce
