	This is a serious problem indeed. To get the best information to help
you you should contact some Mac people instead of Apple// people. You
want a newsgroup with Mac in the name (eg. comp.sys.mac.* or
comp.mac.*). If you look for a group with Apple2 in the name you are
going to get more Apple// folks. Although the Mac and Apple// were made
by the same company, they are very different machines.
