The FAQ's tell about doing this.  You need to connect the two computers
with a serial cable and setup AppleTalk.  I've never done it, but I
know this:

You need system 6.0.1 on the IIgs (maybe earlier versions will work,
but why use them?).  You should install all of the AppleTalk options
from the Installer program.

The software you need for the Mac is a specific version.  Recent
versions don't support the Apple2.

The softwares should come with documentation.
