While I would love to be helpful on this Bob, there are two problems:
1) My scanner is down at the moment
2) The book is copyrighted
There is a copy in the public library here where I live, I would suggest
that you check out the public and any college libraries in your area, and
also look into interlibrary loans, or even Amazon.com. I hope you can find
a copy.
