This is an OCR in ASCII text and also it's available in html format.  I was
given this by a blind friend - Tony Morales - who received it from the author
Gary Little, several years ago.

I contacted Gary Little at his home by telephone last year and got his consent
to offer it online for noncommercial reference and educational needs only.  It
remains a copyright work!
