Can I make my new HD bootable on my IIe?

I have a new question for the group, and I hope that this one will be a
little easier on all of us.

Right now, I've got the hard drive plugged into the HS SCSI card in slot #5,
and it's partitioned into two 20 meg ProDos volumes.

I browsed through the FAQ but I didn't see any information about making a HD
bootable, from slot #7. Is this possible, and if so, how do I do it?

Warn me if it's going to be another horrific project for me, so that I can
do something less frustrating instead. I need to recuperate.

...and, is it possible to format one of my HD volumes into a DOS 3.3 storage
area?
