Most people will refuse to install any OS at all, even if it's free and
with a GUI.  They want to pay others to install it for them.

Yep - Lynx-friendly sites are getting rarer and rarer.  And GUI
capability isn't enough either -- Netscape 1 had that, and will puke at
many of today's sites...
