Re: TWGS EPROM v1.8 Archive Available

yeah, i check the page and the dating on it reads 1996-1999 so it is probable
it is
just old... it also maybe a CYA manuver (he may have asked former AE employees
but they may not know who truly owns the rights to it)

here is a question for people at large....
what does he do with the royalty money?

also another question i get asked....
i recently bought a used computer with a ton of software on its drive
i also got the manuals, but the disks were lost/ thrown out (etc) can i still
copy the software off the drive and sell it to others as legal copies?

my OPINION on this is yes but i am asked it alot so i was interested in others
opinion on it...

(why do i have the feeling i opened a can of worms? hmm dunno...)

My last message....
The web page is out of date and last I heard via e-mail was that he does
indeed have permission to distribute it from people formerly of AE. I am
not sure why he hasn't updated his web page, but I think it might have to do
with the fact that he has sold almost zero of anything the last few years.
I could be wrong of course.

So as far as word from ///SHH Systeme goes, they do have permission. At
least that is what the e-mail response I got when I inquired sometime back
about what my options were if any for obtaining an updated Rom so that I
could update the cache.
