Re: GS WorldView - May2000 Issue NEWS

To Dean Jeff and Howard Katz concerning your post on the BeagleBro freeware
matters.

Ample freeware notice of the proper type is noted with the archives
as in a 'U' for 'Universal' title OK with the inclusion of an email from the
Pres. of Beagle Bros. giving me the 'OK' to place any freeware Beagle Bros.
titles archived for public access and download on and from my web site.

If the President of Beagle Brothers has any problem with any archive of the
Beagle Brothers on my web site HE can contact me by email requesting it's
removal and it will be removed promptly without question!

As this is the long standing arrangement between myself and the President of
Beagle Brothers, I have no intention of honoring any complaints from either you
- Dean Jeff or Howard Katz - concerning these matters.

Here's something for the Apple2 and A2Pro staff to consider of another related
freeware reclassification effort of some 2300 Apple II titles I'm working on
from commercial status to freeware.

If and when these estimated 2300 Apple II titles do become cleared and varified
with an email to me of their reclassification as freeware - they can not be
made available from any pay for access Apple2 archive online services. They
can only be archives - provided for noncommercial and personal use - by free
public access and download only.

Not trying to stir up any trouble. Just stating some facts on all this
for your review, consideration and any action you care to take.

Cheers,
Tom
