Jeff, I have direct permission from Mr. Simonsen to release all pre- and post
TimeOut products from Beagle Bros. No notice is necessary (the LC notice is not
his wording), except for the original copyright notices and ownership which are
included with each product. I would be glad to have Mr. Turley upload what he
has based on that.
Howard does not own the products and has no particular control or proprietary
rights to them. You are making an ugly issue out of what should be a happy
occasion.
If anyone would like to see my letter from Mr. Simonsen, please ask.
