13 blocks seems like each character in the ?SYNTAX ERROR message:

? is 1
S is 2
Y is 3
N is 4
T is 5
A is 6
X is 7
  is 8
E is 9
R is 10
R is 11
O is 12
R is 13!

Again, these problems seem like bad memory. Back to the mixing bowl...
