Newbie alert: ShrinkIt IIe questions =)

I'm fairly new to the world wide Apple scene, having used my IIe for
very little other than the few games and Word Processing programs it
came with. I have managed to get ADT running fairly smooth, and I've
back up all my old disks to PC, but I am having problems with .shk
files. How do I transfer them from my PC to my IIe? Is there a special
program that I missed somewhere? Help? Anybody? =)
