AE GS RAM Memory Card.

I am trying to identify an AE GS RAM memory card that I got with a ROM
01 some time ago.  Apparently there are many versions of the GS RAM
card.  This one is labeled Rev A, and has places for SIX banks of 256
memory chips.  This card has four banks filled. The card has a 50 pin
connector sticking out adjacent to the connector, and a little tab
support in mid card.

The card came with a Rom 01 GS which I no longer have.  I have been
unable to get it to work with my Rom 03, which I understand is to be
expected for certain series of  AE GS RAM cards.

1) is there a site that goes into the various flavors of these cards?
2) Would this be a six meg card, with four megs on board?
3) any other information of interest?
