The AE GS-RAM card with 6 banks of 256k x 1bit chips. Each bank
of 8 chips make up 256k. The cards capacity is 256k to 1.5mb.
I don't believe there was ever a version of this card that'd function
correctly in a ROM3. I have a couple of Rev D versions of this card
and they have the same problem with the ROM 3.
