To tell you the truth, the thought never once entered my mind to offer SAM
on CD-ROM, as the few files don't even add up to a megabyte. But, I
imagine that it wouldn't be that big of a deal to make SAM available on
CD-ROM for those who, like you, are diskless in iMac land. 
 
I'm flexible, and try to meet the needs of the Apple II users of the
world. All it takes, usually, is just asking...
