Actually, that's not true. I spoken to Bill, and his reply to me is that it is

couple of disks and start selling it if there is a demand.
But he's also giving it away (without charge and support) via authorised websites
even though he is still 'selling' them.
Hence, commercial software given free (or with licence or restrictions). The only
ones that I can't place whether it is "Freeware" or still "Commercial" is Apple's
HyperCard GS & System 6.01, which in a way, is "Freeware" with licence conditions. But
since Apple was selling that previously, and they did not really declare it "Freeware"
openly, then what should one put it ? Since it can be downloaded from their FTP sites.
