Michael, you might be right, you might be wrong (since I don't have a
copy of the Red Book, I don't know - it should be stated in the book)
But one thing is sure, if you are right, Woz doesn't have the authority
to give permission to copy the Red Book, if Apple owns the copyright. 

On a separate note - I wish someone could get Apple to give Woz all the
rights to the Apple ][. Jobs said a year and a half ago that no one uses
the Apple ][ (boy was he wrong), so why not return the rights to the
creator? Anyone interested in burying Apple under an avalanche of emails
to that effect??
