Well, you could always download Localtalk Bridge from one of Apple's sites
(this software is no longer supported) and do both ethernet and localtalk
on a Macintosh. I know it can be done as I have a friend with two PowerMacs,
and one Powerbook on ethernet and an Imagewriter, DeskWriter and a Laserwriter
on a localtalk network and can print to any of them from any machine.
I can also hook up my Duo 2300 via localtalk and access all of his stuff.
