The error message "RAM 00000001" means that the error was in one bit of
the RAM, which corresponds to a single RAM chip.  I have forgotten which
way around the errors are displayed, but it is clear that the error was
on either the leftmost or rightmost RAM chip (bit 7 or bit 0).

You didn't need to replace the rest.
