Joe, I've checked hundreds of Apple II Mail Group messages, and every time
Grappler+ dip switches are mentioned in connection with DeskJets, people say
they use OFF ON ON ON. I don't recall the reasons for them (or if it didn't
matter for some) except that the 8th (high, MSB) bit switch, or switch #1,
should be OFF so that high ascii is allowed. I don't have a Grappler at the
moment so I can't test this.
