help needed

2 weeks ago I started a course in Microcomputer Interfacing and surprise! we
use an old apple 2c to move a robot arm. there is a lot of assembly to write
in the next2 month. I would be very happy if somebody could indicate where
could I find a list of ALL the monitor routines with some basic explanation
on how they work. I already have Apple's manual on The System Monitor but
they document only 32 of over 260(!) routines in f000-ffff space.
A text file with the ROM disassembled could also help me a lot in
understanding how these routines work.
