Other early Apple printers:
Apple DMP (parallel printer, earlier version of the ImageWriter I).
Apple Scribe
Apple Silentype
I think the Silentype is a thermal transfer printer. Not sure what the
Scribe is, exactly.
The DMP is a rebadged C-Itoh printer. The ImageWriter I is basically a
DMP with the interface hardware changed from parallel to serial. They
have the same command set.
The ImageWriter II has a somewhat altered command set, which is
compatible for the most part, except for a few obscure commands.
(I think I wrote an article about the differences between them for my
user group magazine some time around 1988.)
