pc-->mac-->a2

i need assistance downloading binary files on my pc(winbloze98 w/ IE4.x or
something) so i can xfer them to my IIci, and from there to my
IIgs...everything i have read so far says to simply save the file as binary.
well, i can't find anything like that in my save dialog, nor can i get the
web to give me a straight answer. my email is: ninespace@yahoo.com so if
